Hi. I’m Alejandra. Some people call me Ale.
My main title is mama, I’m also known for being a passionate Zumba instructor, essential oil educator and yogi. I’m a dancer at heart, that loves all things health and wellness related, inspired to guide people to find joy, nourishment and purpose. Throughout the last 7 years I’ve completely embraced what makes me feel vibrant; this includes yoga, holistic healing, dance, plant based eating and essential oils. After 5 amazing years living in Santa Monica, CA and being immersed in learning and teaching I returned to my roots. Currently I'm residing in my hometown of El Paso, Texas with my partner Eric, and our littles - Julian and Gianna. I’m enjoying being a stay at home mom and growing my personal wellness business. My goal is to live my life consciously and with gratitude, nourishing myself physically, mentally and spiritually. Part of this goal is to share those things that light me up and have brought me wellness. I want to empower people (especially women, and mamas) to have the tools they need to live their best life. I feel lucky to have found a lifestyle that feels right for me - but I’m not saying it’s perfect. I’m a perfectly imperfect work in progress, constantly learning and growing. I love the messy beautiful journey that is life and love connecting with people who are looking to upgrade their life. I look forward to meeting you! |
