My background in yoga is focused on gentle yoga with mindful stretching, breathing and intention. When we get on the mat the goal is to melt away your stress and move through tension to leave you feeling renewed, restored and rejuvenated. Essential oils and meditation help make the experience blissful.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to have taken two unique teacher trainings and gain a comprehensive appreciation of yoga for all.
